Who is responsible
OB Legal Group is responsible for processing the data described on this page. For privacy matters, contact [email protected].
What we receive
We receive only what visitors send voluntarily, such as name, email address or phone number, the text of the message and any attachments. Please do not send highly sensitive documents or data in your first message.
How messages reach us
Messages reach us through the website contact form, email or WhatsApp. When you use the form, your details are sent to our form-processing provider (Web3Forms), which passes them on to our email. The website itself does not keep a database of visitors.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and assess whether we can provide the service
- Sending an enquiry does not by itself create an agreement for services
Third-party services
The website relies on Web3Forms to process the contact form and deliver messages; hCaptcha to protect the form from automated messages, which loads only when you start using the form and may connect your browser to its servers; and WhatsApp (Meta) when you contact us there. The website’s fonts are served from the site itself, with no third party. The Instagram, Facebook and TikTok links take you to external platforms. Each has its own privacy policy.
Sharing
We do not sell data. We share it only when professionally necessary or when legally required.
Retention
Messages that do not lead to an engagement are kept for one week and then deleted. Our office staff and the team responsible for the website can read the messages.
Security
Email and WhatsApp do not guarantee absolute confidentiality, so please do not send sensitive documents before agreeing on a suitable channel.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected].
Tracking
The website currently has no analytics tools or advertising.
Updates
Last updated: 26 October 2026. We may update this policy when the website’s tools or data practices change.
